Thank you for logging onto my website to find out more about Nutrisult Consulting which I set up in 2005.   As a Health Professions Council registered dietitian I am committed to providing 'evidence-based' nutrition advice in a range of settings.   

I graduated as a registered dietitian (RD) from the University of Surrey in 1992 having obtained a 2:1 BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Distinction in Dietetics.   Surrey University has an established record of training dietitians in the School of Biomedical Sciences.   I served as an RAF logistics officer before returning to dietetics in 2002 having completed a Returners Program in conjunction with the British Dietetic Association. My 8 years NHS experience as part of West Hertfordshire Dietetic Service has included outpatients and cardiac rehabilitation at St Albans City Hospital, elderly care, community work in nursing and residential homes, and Acute work in Watford General Hospital. 

January 2009 saw the international of my health cookbook 'Top 100 Omega 3 Recipes with coauthor Audrey Deane.  (http://www.omega3cookbook.co.uk/).    My freelance work has included work with Hertfordshire based Quantum Care Home providing training and support, nutritional analysis, work with Community Meals Providers, and some media/PR work.   I am a committee member of the British Dietetic's Association 'Freelance Dietitians Group' striving always to ensure that the public can get sound advice from regulated professionals.
